The Career Fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to noon, Friday, March 26 at Harrisburg University, which is located at 326 Market Street.
Private and public-sector employers and government agencies who seek to hire upcoming and recent graduates, co-op students, interns, part-time or summer candidates, and graduate schools are invited. Participating businesses and industries include: Hershey Center for Applied Research, Bayer Healthcare, LLC, Aptagen, LLC, Life Sciences Greenhouse of Pennsylvania, Hershey Company, Fisher Scientific, Shimadzu Instruments, and Nikon.
Recent college graduates and current college students from across the region are invited to participate. Graduating seniors seeking to develop job leads as well as those students seeking internships and part-time employment are encouraged to bring their resumes.
Additionally, the Career Fair gives current college students and recent college graduates the chance to explore the world of work, to introduce themselves to potential employers, and to hand-out resumes and see where their degrees can be put to use.

The 2010 Biotechnology Showcase brings together industry, educators as well as high school and college students. The free event features hands-on experiments, workshops, panel discussions, guest speakers, and other presentations. With its program of lectures, expert discussions, presentations and networking opportunities, the Biotechnology Showcase has become a flagship event for students, educators, and industry.
Attendees of the Career Fair are welcome to attend oral presentations and the poster sessions by HU students.
