Instructional candidates interested in becoming part of a dynamic and diverse community that offers a challenging academic program for all students are encouraged to apply online. FCPS offers support to new instructional employees through an intensive mentoring program, professional development opportunities, and outstanding health and retirement benefits. Also offered is the Smooth Transitions program, specifically designed for instructional employees new to FCPS, which offers many incentives such as interest-free transition loans; housing opportunities; and apartment, health club, and technology discounts.
The job fair interviews are by invitation only. Candidates interested in being considered for an interview should follow the Job Fair Guidelines found at www.fcps/.edu/DHR.
