An exciting, all-new art and design show for Boston launches April 3-6, 2008 when Fusco & Four, producers of the Boston International Fine Art Show (BIFAS), present AD 20/21: Art & Design of the 20th & 21st Centuries. The show takes place at The Cyclorama, Boston Center for the Arts, 539 Tremont Street in Boston’s South End.

With 40 fine art galleries and design exhibitors of the highest quality from across the United States and Europe, the show will include major decorative arts movements such as Art Nouveau, Art Deco, Scandinavian Design, and Mid-Century Modern side by side with 21st century fine art and design. The show will feature furniture, glass, ceramics, decorative arts, jewelry, as well as a stunning array of paintings, sculpture, prints, and photography from the last 108 years.

Weekend show hours are: Friday 1-9, Saturday 11-8, and Sunday 11-5. Friday evening from 5:00pm to 9:00pm is “New Collectors’ Night”, with a reception and special programs designed to introduce new collectors to the world of modern art and design. Admission at the door or in advance is $15 (under 12 free), and includes a complimentary 96-page catalog, coat check, special guest speakers, and re-admission throughout the weekend. The show opens with a Gala Preview to benefit the Boston Architectural College on Thursday, April 3 from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. The BAC, New England’s largest independent, accredited college of spatial design, offers programs in architecture, interior design, landscape architecture, design studies, and more.
