Holiday craft fair features unique offerings

Published November 17th, 2006

The Old Deerfield Christmas Sampler Craft Fair, running tomorrow through Sunday in the Better Living Center on the grounds of the Eastern States Exposition in West Springfield, offers a chance to do some holiday shopping before the rush and to support a worthy cause.

It is one of four craft fairs produced by the Pocumtuck Valley Memorial Association, which oversees one of the country’s oldest history museums, Old Deerfield’s Memorial Hall Museum. The craft fairs help support the museum, which serves more than 101,000 students each year.
