Angola to have four more international fairs

Expo-Angola, the company that manages the facilities of the International Luanda Fair (FILDA), will include in its annual schedule, five more fairs, four of which are international, the company’s managing director, Paulo António da Costa said Thursday in Luanda.
Speaking to Angolan news agency, Angop, da Costa said that, except for the Children’s Fair, to be held between June 1 and 4 this year, the Medical (August 25 to 27), Culture and Tourism (September 25 to 28), Furniture and Decorating (November 9 to 12) and Oil (FIPA), also due to take place in November, all of them would be international.
With the introduction of a further five fairs, the FILDA facilities will host some 13 events, including the National Production Fair (Fenapro), Constroi Angola (construction, transport, communications and information technology) and the Luanda International Fair (FILDA) – the main event that covers all economic sectors.
